CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
• For cancellation requests submitted before February 15, 2024, 10% of the closed registration fee balance will be refunded, less bank charges.
• After February 15, 2024, no refund will be made for cancellation requests submitted after February 15, 2024.
• After February 15, 2024, only name changes will be accepted.
• All refunds will be made after the congress.
TRANSFER INFORMATION
Airport – Hotel ( One Way ) : 1.500 TL + VAT
• The price mentioned above is one way per person, collective transfer price.
• For private transfer requests, you need to contact Flap Tour, the fee will be charged separately.
